The Space
​

Sitting atop the John Weisert Tobacco Building, just south of downtown St. Louis, the 525sf Penthouse is accessed via restored elevator. This unique venue will impress your guests with its open, upscale setting -- and spectacular view.

Tenants may use the Penthouse for no charge during normal business hours.  The Penthouse is also available for rent after normal business hour and non-tenants.  The space has hosted events, birthday parties, weddings, showers, business meetings, anniversaries, pre and post Cardinal game gatherings and Mardi Gras celebrations

 

The room can be setup in a variety of configurations for board, staff and/or sales meetings, presentations, seminars, social gatherings, luncheons, dinners, parties, celebrations and more!

 

The setting is intimate (20-25 persons).
